How do I return a product?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. Contact us by email or phone and we will arrange a free collection from your address.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (next working day) is available for orders placed before 2pm for an extra charge of £4.99.
Do you offer a warranty on phones?
All phones come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. We also offer an extended 2-year warranty for an additional cost at checkout. This covers hardware faults but not accidental damage.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! We offer 0% finance on orders over £500. You can spread the cost over 6, 12 or 24 months with no interest. Select "Finance" at checkout to apply — it only takes a few minutes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this on our courier partner's website to see exactly where your parcel is.
